Q. How do I contact my local school district?

A. The district you contact depends on where you live. The ones serving Utah Valley are:
Alpine School District
Nebo School District
Provo School District

Q. How do I officially say that I want to homeschool?

A. You need to fill out an affidavit annually and send it to the school district that covers the area in which you live. You can find more information and sample affidavits here.
